Nancy Glaze Shoemaker was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She spent most of her adult life in Port Mansfield, Texas a small fishing community in South Texas where her family was in Real Estate and Property Management "Glaze Realty". Nancy has had her Real Estate license since 1983. Along the years she has taken numerous courses in Real Estate such as Residential Construction, Land Environmental Issues, Real Estate Ethics, Legal Updates and a host of many other courses to stay current and up to date in Real Estate. She is also a Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS).

Nancy was a volunteer EMT in Port Mansfield along with being very active in the Port Mansfield Chamber of Commerce. She served on the board numerous years along with being President for 2 years. Nancy currently volunteers in Georgetown at Crestview Baptist Church helping cook and serve lunch to over 600 Southwest University students every Monday. There she also helps cook & serve dinner to over 200 children and adults who are taking English as a Second Language (ESL) on Wednesday evenings.

Nancy moved to Austin in 2014, went into Apartment Locating to learn the area. And has joined Epperson Realty Group. Nancy loves helping people, is hard working and dedicated to her profession.

Nancy's hobbies include square dancing, cooking, motorcycles and serving others. Nancy lives with her husband Bill and their 3 dogs (Yorkies & Dachshund) in North Austin
